Returns and Refunds Policy

Digital products

We issue refunds for digital products within 30 days of the original purchase of the product. We recommend contacting us for assistance if you experience any issues receiving or downloading our products.

Refund Conditions

Users are entitled to request a refund of the Software License within 30 days of purchase. Below are the reasons for requesting a refund:

4n6 Software License cost (money return) refund will not be accepted after 30 days of purchasing the software.

• If the user has successfully performed the aimed operation through purchased product.
• If the purchased product is faulty or malfunctions because of software issues.
• For any technical difficulties while using our software, please call us. 4n6 Software Team will gather information from you and identify the problem. Administrative Level Support, Level-2, and they debug your problem. Thus, you'll only receive a refund if we can ensure that the issue can't be resolved.
• If the 4n6 Software Team fails to help the users in resolving the software related issues / concerns.
• Only after signing the Letter of Destruction will a refund be issued. If you purchased the 4n6 Software, your order should be acknowledged within 30 days of the purchase date.
• The refund will be processed within 15 days of receiving the "Letter of Destruction." Customers should be notified if a delay is expected to exceed 15 days.
• If the licensed version of any software doesn't work, we will provide a solution.
• The techs will fix the problem if the purchased software fails to perform as promised. If the problem still exists, 4n6 Software will reimburse the investment. Determine based on the needs of the software and how it deals with issues.

Refund will be refused because of the following:

• When the Users in Unwilling upload the data file on our Server using FTP in case of 4n6 Software Failure: 4n6 Software team is always ready to sign the Non-Discloser Agreement (NDA) also. If the user is finding any issue at the time to perform the process successfully, And if he/she is also not uploading his/her files on our FTP Servers, the refund is not valid in that case.
• Refunds are not given to clients who have purchased our software before evaluating it with the Free Demo Version.
• Email forensics, backup, conversion, migration, or any other projected process must be completed successfully for a refund to be applicable.

4n6 Software – NOT Responsible for:

• Any misdirected email.
• Downloading or any communication delays.
• Uncontrollable delay.
• The client's email client application or the client's mail server marks email as SPAM.
• Email bounces because of any cause and/or sent to the wrong recipient.
• Once the process is complete, the customer no longer needs the software.
• Installed accidentally, and now want to remove it from the system.
• Your aim was not to purchase this specific software.
• The programmer may be difficult to use on your computer after you buy it.
• Software purchased does not work on your platform.
• Long weekend in processing license.
• You cannot use the software because you don't meet the minimal system requirements.
• 4n6 Software is not responsible for any misinterpretation of the material published in promoting the product/software. To achieve this, the client should seek guidance from the 4n6 Software support staff.
