Convert Documents File into Multiple File Formats
After installing the file converter software click on the Open tab in the menu bar from the left side of the software.
Select PDF Files
If you select the PDF option, then you select the Choose folder and choose files option which you recommend.
You may get a preview of all the files and folders on the screen in the compact view format after they've been uploaded.
When you click on a certain file, the full email thread appears on the screen. You may also see a preview of an email on the screen by clicking on it in several display modes: Default, Web View, and Properties.
You may also use the Quick Search Option on the right-hand side of the panel to look for a certain email.
You can also use the advanced search option on the right side of the panel. After clicking on this option you can search the PDF files date-wise.
After that, you can click on the Export and Extract option in the menu bar to which your choice.

Extracting Option
After clicking the Extract option then you select any extracting option according to your choice.
Export Email Address from PDF
Select the Email Address option after clicking the Extract menu button. Using this, you can easily download all the email addresses present in the emails in the PDF file format.
Then, click on the browse button you can select the destination path according to your choice.
Apply the software's advanced options, such as "Open folder after export is done, Skip greyed out folders and Extract Email Address from Attachments" enable these options as needed.
After that, you can see all the email Addresses in bottom, then save the email addresses click on the save button.
To examine the result, choose the Open Folder option when the extracting email addresses are complete.

Export Phone Number from PDF
Select the Phone Number option after clicking the Extract menu button. Using this, you can easily download all the phone numbers present in the emails in the PDF file format.
Then, click on the browse button you can select the destination path according to your choice.
Apply the software's advanced options, such as "Open folder after export is done, Skip greyed out folders and Extract Phone Number from Attachments" enable these options as needed.
To examine the result, choose the Open Folder option when the extracting phone number is complete.

Select Text Files
